Pet Emergencies
Emergencies do occur and they are, as they are for humans, often unexpected. Therefore, it’s important to always be prepared! Our vets are able to deal with emergency situations during our normal consultation hours. Just call to let us know you are coming.
Outside of these hours and on all Sundays and all public holidays we refer all our emergencies to dedicated Animal Emergency Centres. These emergency centres provide an exceptional after hours service to you allowing us to provide excellent compassionate veterinary care during the day.
After your pet has been seen at the emergency centre, staff inform us about treatment details and they may direct you back to us for followup. Or, if needed, they may recommend referral for specialist assessment if your pet is very unwell. You can call us to discuss their plans.
